The School Tour

Located on NH54, next to the Harike National Park, Hero Public School, THPS, is a day school with international facilities. THPS is an institution spread over 7 acres of land. The architectural design of the school has been drafted with great forethought to cater to the constantly growing, challenging modern teaching and learning needs. THPS believes in the best. This very ethos has been integrated seamlessly towards all the aspects that are a part of The Hero Public School. World class infrastructure is an integral part of the institutional, organizational and the service mission. Students are made aware early on that with universal access to IT and other technological support, they are connected with the world. THPS also believes in teaching life skills to all its students as with education, a choice of vocational skills is also incurred at an early stage. No stone is left unturned here, be it the learning aids, ample outdoor and indoor spaces for play, recreation and learning. We believe that each child has the potential to accomplish their dreams and ambitions. Each child is unique with differing needs and students are provided with a curriculum that entails many outdoor activities, excursions and sports.

THPS puts great emphasis on the physical and socio development of its students. Within our curriculum, students are motivated to participate in regular weekly sports activities (indoor and outdoor ) which makes THPS the best school for sports . To compliment the sports development THPS offers the best coaches, infrastructure and professional ollaborations.

Learning Studios

The learning labs at THPS exhibit the various learning centers specifically designed to provide a hands – on learning experience. The tools needed for the research are made available for the students. These learning studios cover a wide range of subject areas and for us every class is a learning lab but to provide a student with their specific needs for specific subjects following labs are also part of the school.

Beyond Academics

The medium of instruction is English. The general course of studies from Playway to V adheres to the syllabi and instructional material formulated by the National Council for educational Research and Training (NCERT). Admissions are now open for Kindergarten and for class I to V. In order to offer this quality of education, the school has appointed experienced and qualified teachers.

In the Classroom

A lot of interaction takes place in the classroom through discussions, seminars, presentations and project work. Communication skills are developed through elocution, debates, essay writing and story writing. The students are also encouraged to speak in the assembly.
